In the event a vendor updates their policy, we will adhere to their current policy, even if it differs from the information provided below, as the manufacturers ultimately handle product returns.


Returns Process

  • All returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer or vendor’s designated warehouse.
  • Electro Pedals does not operate a physical return facility. As such, customers are responsible for shipping returns to the original vendor in accordance with their specific return guidelines.
  • Return costs, including shipping and potential restocking fees, are determined by the vendor's policy.
