Return Policy

Approval Required:
- Products can only be returned with prior approval via email at contact@amyet.com.
- Unauthorized returns or items returned without approval will not be refunded.

Unopened & Unused Products:
- Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- A 10% restocking fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened Products:
- Must have less than 10 miles of usage.
- Eligible for return within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs.

Defective Products:
- Within 30 days: AMYET will cover all return, exchange, or repair costs.
- After 30 days: Products with faults due to normal use may qualify for free repair or a partial refund (30%-80%, depending on the issue).

Unopened & Unused Products:

Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products with no quality issues.
- Accessories and replacement parts.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window.
- Products damaged by human error.

Packaging Requirements:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- If original packaging is unavailable, equivalent sturdy packaging must be used to avoid damage.
Return Process

Initiate a Return:
- Contact contact@amyet.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.

- AMYET will provide a return shipping label.

Pack and Ship:
- Securely pack the product in its original or equivalent packaging.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.

Inspection and Refund:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, AMYET will process refunds within 3-6 business days.
- Refund methods:
- PayPal: Processed within 48 hours.
- Credit Card: May take 7-14 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days under the following conditions:

Unused Products:
- Exchanges are free, and AMYET covers shipping costs.

Non-Quality Issues:
- Customers pay a shipping fee of $30-$50.

Quality Issues:
- AMYET covers all shipping costs for exchanges.

Processing Time:
- Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be canceled before shipment is processed.
- A $25 handling fee applies for address changes after shipment.

After Shipping:
- Orders canceled after shipping will incur a $180 cancellation fee.
