At Electro Pedals, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. If you need to cancel your order, here’s everything you need to know:
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not been processed or shipped.
- All cancellations after 24 hours or for processed orders will incur a 20% administrative fee. This covers handling and finance-related costs.
2. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
- If you cancel a pre-order or an item waiting for restock, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is necessary due to payment processing and stock management.
- Pre-order payments are captured immediately, and cancellation fees are applicable.
3. Cancellations After Shipping
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you still wish to cancel, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
4. Vendor-Caused Cancellations
- If a vendor flags your account, we may need to cancel your order. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. Out of Stock & Backorders
- If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you immediately via email after your purchase. You’ll receive an updated estimated arrival time and options for substitutions if you'd like to choose a product available sooner.
- Please note that lead times for backordered items may change due to unforeseen factors (e.g., shipping delays, factory issues).
- If the expected arrival time is delayed by more than 2 months, you can opt to cancel your order with only a 5% cancellation fee for the inconvenience.
6. Receiving Backordered Items
- When backordered items arrive, we’ll send you an email with the expected ship date and tracking information within 1-3 business days.
