Yamee Return Policy

We at Yamee strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following return policy carefully.


1. Returns

1.1 Malfunctioning Bikes

  • Malfunctioning bikes can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of receipt.

1.2 New and Unused Bikes

  • New and unused bikes may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (no restocking fee).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

1.3 Non-Acceptable Returns

Yamee does not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Used bikes with no quality issues.
  2. Accessories and replacement parts.
  3. Returns requested outside the 14-day window.
  4. Returns without proof of purchase from official Yamee channels.
  5. Returns with damages caused by improper handling or human error.
  6. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval).

Note: Non-returnable items sent without authorization will be returned to the sender, and restocking fees may apply.


2. Conditions for Returning Bikes (No Quality Issue)

To qualify for a return:

  1. Mileage: The bike must have less than 10 miles recorded on the LCD display.
  2. Condition: The bike must be free of wear, dirt, scratches, odors, or other signs of use.
  3. Packaging: All original items, accessories, and packaging must be included and in the same condition as delivered.
  4. Approval: Written approval from Yamee's customer service is required prior to sending a return.

Important:

  • Returns without written approval will not be refunded. Customers must either pay for return shipping or forfeit the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the bike has no quality issues.
  • $200 will be charged for delivery fees if Yamee provides the shipping label.
  • Alternatively, customers may ship the bike back independently, though Yamee cannot guarantee receipt or safe delivery of such items.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact info@yameebike.com to initiate the return.
  2. Upon approval, Yamee will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to Yamee's warehouse following the given instructions.

Note: Yamee is not responsible for shipping costs for returns arranged by customers.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the bike is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the refund does not appear after 2 days of approval, please:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
    3. Reach out to Yamee for further assistance if the issue persists.

6. General Return and Refund Scenarios

Scenario Resolution
Quality issue Full or partial refund.
Received wrong goods Free exchange or full refund.
Damaged/missing accessories Free accessory replacement or partial refund.
Order canceled before shipping 8% processing fee applies.
Order canceled after shipping $180 cancellation fee applies.

7. Exchanges (Non-Quality Issues)

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • The bike must be unworn, unopened, and unused, with less than 10 miles recorded on the display.
Exchange Scenario Cost
Same model, different color (within 14 days) $200 per bike.
Different model (within 14 days) $200 per bike + price difference.
Over 14 days Exchange not allowed.
