1. Return Policy
1.1 Returns for Malfunctioning Bikes
- Eligibility: Malfunctioning bikes can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of receipt.
- Process: Mukkpet will cover all shipping costs for these returns or exchanges.
1.2 Returns for New and Unused Bikes
- Eligibility: New and unused bikes can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping costs).

- Mileage on the e-bike screen must be less than 10 miles.
- No wear, dirt, scratches, odors, or any other signs of use.
- All original packaging, accessories, and items must be included in their original condition.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if there are no quality issues.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used bikes without quality issues.
- Accessories and replacement parts.
- Returns requested outside the 14-day window.
- Items without proof of purchase through Mukkpet’s official channels.
- Items damaged due to human error.
1.4 Unauthorized Returns
- Items returned without prior written approval from Mukkpet will not qualify for a refund.
- Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns, and customers will be required to pay for shipping to retrieve their items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mukkpet can provide a shipping label, and you will be charged $180 delivery fee.
- Customers can arrange their own shipping, but Mukkpet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after the returned e-bike has been received and inspected by Mukkpet.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within a few business days of approval.
- If you don’t see the refund after 2 days of approval:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.

4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation Fees
- Before Shipping: No fees will be charged for cancellations made before the package is shipped.
- After Shipping: A $180 cancellation fee will apply if the package has already been shipped.
4.2 Rejected Packages
If a package is rejected upon delivery, a $180 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for:
- Unworn, unopened, and unused bikes with less than 10 miles on the odometer.
- Items that are severely defective or damaged.
5.2 Exchange Fees
- Same Model, Different Color (Within 14 Days): $400 per bike for return and exchange.
- Different Model (Within 14 Days): $400 per bike for return and exchange, plus the price difference.
- Over 14 Days: Exchanges are not allowed.
