All Yamee bikes are covered by a 2-year comprehensive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Please note that free accessories included with your purchase are not covered under this warranty.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your Yamee product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For more details, refer to our "Return & Refund Policy."

2-Year Warranty Details

  • The 2-year warranty starts from the date the initial purchaser receives the bike.
  • The warranty is automatically registered when the bike is purchased through the online store and applies exclusively to the original owner.

Warranty for Second-Hand Bikes

The warranty for second-hand bikes is valid only if:

  1. The original 2-year warranty period has not expired.
  2. You provide the initial owner’s name and order number.

Stolen Bikes

Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover stolen bikes. We recommend investing in a quality lock to secure your bike.


Filing a Warranty Claim

Yamee will replace any component deemed defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipping) due to manufacturing defects or system errors.

Step 1: Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@yameebike.com with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Please contact us before filing a claim, as we may provide a simple fix for your issue. No replacement parts will be sent without sufficient photo or video evidence.

Step 2: Shipping Damage Claims

If your bike is damaged during shipping, contact info@yameebike.com within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof of the damage. Free accessories damaged during shipping are not eligible for replacement or compensation.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be void if unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made to the bike. Additionally, the following issues are not covered:

  1. Misuse or Improper Use:

    • Using the bike for commercial purposes or on unsuitable terrain.
    • Performing stunts or dangerous activities.
  2. Unauthorized Modifications:

    • Disassembly or repairs not authorized by Yamee.
    • Faulty installation or maintenance by third parties.
  3. Accidents or External Factors:

    • Traffic accidents, extreme environmental conditions, power surges, or acts of God.
  4. Battery Issues:

    • Damage caused by using an incompatible charger or battery.
    • Broken seals or tampering with the battery.
    • Use of batteries not specified for your Yamee e-bike model.
  5. Rust and Corrosion:

    • Damage caused by neglecting anti-rust maintenance or improper storage.

Warranty Services

If you experience a problem covered under the warranty, email info@yameebike.com with the following information:

  1. The platform where the bike was purchased (e.g., Amazon, Yamee Store). Include the seller's name if purchased on Amazon.
  2. Your order number/ID.
  3. The email and shipping address used to place the order.
  4. Photos or short videos of the issue, along with a brief description.
  • In most cases, defective parts do not need to be returned to us.
  • For repairs outside the warranty, you can purchase replacement parts directly from us. Contact info@yameebike.com for more details.

Returns

We do not accept bike returns. If you encounter an issue, please contact our customer support team at info@yameebike.com for assistance.


Liability Disclaimer

Riding a bicycle involves inherent risks. Yamee strongly recommends having a certified mechanic inspect your bike before use to ensure all components are secure and functioning properly. Riders are responsible for regular inspections and safe operation of their bike.

Yamee is not liable for damages resulting from:

  • Improperly secured or defective components.
  • Personal injury, property damage, or death caused by misuse or negligence.
