Vitilan Warranty

Dear VITILAN Customer,

Thank you for choosing a VITILAN electric bike! We are confident that you will love your new ride. Below is the detailed warranty policy for our electric bikes:

  • VITILAN T7, U7, and I7Pro e-bikes: 18-month all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
  • VITILAN V3 e-bikes: 12-month all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
  • Note: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Free accessories are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Delivery Areas

  • Warranty coverage is available only within the continental United States. If the e-bike is shipped outside the U.S., replacement parts will only be shipped to the original country of delivery.

Covered Products

VITILAN will replace defective or damaged parts (including shipping damage) at no cost, provided the damage is not due to misuse by the customer. The following components are covered:

  1. Frame
  2. Front Fork
  3. Folding Riser
  4. Standpipe
  5. Horizontal Tube
  6. Handlebars
  7. Seat Post
  8. Brakes (excluding brake pads)
  9. Lights
  10. Bottom Bracket
  11. Wheel Rims
  12. Wheel Hub
  13. Flywheel
  14. Transmission
  15. Gear Lever
  16. Motor
  17. Throttle
  18. Controller
  19. Wiring Harness
  20. LCD Display (excluding water damage)

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains)
  • Paint damage, rust, scratches, or cosmetic damage unless caused by VITILAN
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, racing, stunts, improper storage, or exposure to liquids or extreme conditions
  • Unauthorized modifications or installations of non-original parts
  • Products with removed, defaced, or altered serial numbers
  • External damages (e.g., fire, flooding, theft, lightning)
  • Components such as tires, tubes, chain, pedals, seats, and cables
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, testing, or maintenance

Battery Warranty

The VITILAN e-bike battery comes with an 18-month warranty. Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge (no cash compensation). Warranty dates are based on the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover:

  • Use of an inappropriate charger
  • Tampered seals on the battery
  • Use of the battery in equipment other than the designated e-bike
  • Battery aging, power reduction, or damage caused by cold weather

Modification Disclaimer

VITILAN electric bikes are thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. We do not recommend making major modifications to the bike. Any modifications made may void the warranty.

Warranty Process

  1. Contact VITILAN customer service at support@vitilanebike.com.
  2. Provide clear pictures, videos, or other details of the defective part.
  3. If the part is found defective and not due to customer misuse, we will send a replacement part.
  4. Please note that the customer is responsible for labor costs related to installing the replacement components.

Credit Card Chargeback

If a chargeback is initiated for any order, and the customer still possesses the e-bike, the warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.

Service Philosophy

At VITILAN, we aim to provide exceptional customer service with respect, kindness, and patience. We will not tolerate rude or inappropriate language. If such behavior occurs, we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and void warranties.

Warranty Validity Conditions

This warranty is only valid if:

  1. The e-bike is purchased directly from VITILAN’s official website or authorized dealers.
  2. The e-bike is owned by the original purchaser.
  3. The e-bike is used for its intended purpose.
  4. The electronic equipment has not been altered or repaired.
  5. Damages due to incorrect assembly by the customer are not covered.
  6. The rider and purchaser are over 18 years old and legally capable of purchasing and operating the e-bike.
