Tracer USA, Inc. offers the following warranties on our products:
- Battery and Electronic Parts: 6-month warranty
- Frames: 1-year warranty
These warranties begin on the date the product is received and cover defects in materials or craftsmanship present at the time of delivery. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation. If an item is deemed defective, it may be replaced at no cost with proof of damages and purchase.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tire wear, brake pad wear)
- Paint damage and rust
- Lost items, parts, or damaged keys
- Damage due to improper assembly, lack of skill or experience, or improper maintenance by the end user
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, theft, or abuse
- Modifications or installations of non-original parts, components, or accessories that are not compatible with the bicycle
- Tampered components (e.g., modified tires, chains, brakes, motors, battery packs, displays, controllers)
- Battery damage from power surges, improper chargers, water exposure, improper maintenance, or misuse
- Warranties are void if the bike is used for purposes other than intended (e.g., racing, stunts)
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Modified items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Tracer USA, Inc. does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for the item you want to return. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item. Please note, items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return has been processed and accepted.
