Warranty Overview
Riding Times offers a 1-year all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser of our products. Please note that free accessories are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Period & Transfer Terms
- Automatic Registration: The warranty is automatically activated when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store. This warranty is only valid for the initial purchaser.

Transfer Terms: To transfer the warranty to a new owner:
- The 1-year warranty period must not have expired since the initial owner received the product.
- The new owner must provide the original purchase name and order number.
Wear and Tear Items
Wear and tear refers to natural damage from normal riding. These items are not covered by this warranty:
- Tires, NFC Card, Bearings, Brake Pads, Chains
- Free Hub Bodies, Handlebar Grips, Rubber Moving Parts
- Shifter, Brake Cables, Spokes, Sprockets
- Stripped Threads/Bolts, Pedals, Transmission Gears
Covered Products
Riding Times will replace any defective or damaged product (including shipping damage) except for damages caused by user error.
Frame
- Coverage: 1-year replacement warranty on ebike and scooter frames.

Exclusions:
- Corrosion, paint fade, scratches, and impact marks.
- Impact damage or modifications (e.g., drilling or welding).
- Damage to chain guard mounted on the frame.
Batteries
- 1-Year Prorated Warranty: In the first year, defective batteries will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost.

Exclusions:
- Accidents, misuse, abnormal use (e.g., stunt riding), improper storage, or exposure to liquids.
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage unless caused by Riding Times.
- Modifications and damage from unauthorized accessories.
- External causes (e.g., theft, fire, or weather exposure).

Additional Exclusions:
- Charging with inappropriate chargers.
- Broken or tampered battery seals.
Parts & Components
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers original Riding Times parts and components, including repair or replacement after 15 days of receipt (shipping fees apply).

Exclusions:
- Corrosion, scratches, or damage to product aesthetics.
- Accidents, misuse, improper assembly, or external causes.
- Normal wear and tear (assessed by Riding Times).
Claims Process

Warranty Claims:
- Submit claims to support@ridert.com with proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
- Valid warranty claims within the first year will be processed at no cost to the customer (shipping, labor, parts).
- If the damage is caused by modified or damaged 3rd party accessories, the customer is responsible for shipping and labor costs.

Shipping Damage Claims:
- If your product is damaged during shipping, contact support@ridert.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide photo/video proof.
- Note: Free accessories are not covered for damage during transit.

Credit Card Chargebacks:
- If a credit card chargeback occurs, the warranty will be void until the issue is resolved.

Visual Evidence Requirement:
- All warranty claims require clear photos or video of the defective product for processing.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, exposure to liquids or chemicals, or extreme physical stress.
- Modifications, external causes (e.g., fire, flooding, weather), and non-approved accessories.
