At AMYET, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering a USA-based facility for warranty and repair services on select products. This ensures faster turnaround times and cost-effective solutions. Please note that some models may need to be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty service or repairs.

Limited Warranty Coverage

AMYET provides a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and ordinary use of your product. If a covered defect arises, AMYET will repair or replace the product in line with this warranty.

Warranty Period: Coverage begins on the original purchase date of the product from AMYET and applies as follows:


Items Not Covered by the Warranty

The following wear-and-tear components are not included in the warranty:

  • Bearings
  • Brake Pads
  • Chains
  • Free Hub Bodies
  • Handlebar Grips
  • Rubber Moving Parts
  • Shifter and Brake Cables/Casings
  • Spokes
  • Sprockets
  • Stripped Threads/Bolts
  • Tools
  • Transmission Gears

Non-Warranty Terms

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributed outside of their authorized markets.
  2. Damage from improper packaging or mishandling during shipping for warranty service.
  3. Used products or items modified in any way.
  4. Damage due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual.
  5. Issues caused by overloading, excessive weight, stunt attempts, collisions (e.g., hitting curbs or walls), prolonged exposure to rain, or submersion in water.
  6. Starting or stopping too abruptly (over-accelerating/over-decelerating).
  7. Exceeding the product’s maximum speed.
  8. Damage from climbing or descending hills too quickly.
  9. Electrical or material damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
