How long does it take to charge the batteries?

Each battery takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge using the included 3A charger.

How do the dual batteries function?

When both batteries are installed and activated, the bike uses them collectively. It prioritizes the battery with higher voltage and power until both batteries reach the same level, after which they discharge simultaneously.

Where is the second battery mounted?

The second battery comes with its own mount and is installed on the frame. The battery and mount are sold separately.

What comes in the box?

The package includes the Engwe M20 2.0 e-bike, one or two 52V 15.6Ah lithium-ion batteries (depending on the version purchased), a battery charger, assembly tools, pedals, pre-installed handlebars, and a user manual.

What warranty is offered for the M20 2.0?

Engwe provides a 1-year warranty for the M20 2.0, covering manufacturing defects.

Lot of bike for the price

I was apprehensive buying the M20 2.0 at first, but after reading and watching dozens of reviews, I decided to take the chance. Best purchase ever, the shipping was fast, customer service excellent and the bike itself is very likely the best you can find in this price range. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, very happy with M20 2.0

I just got mine too! The 28mph is only achievable from pedal assist level 5; you just have to pedal really slow to activate the motor. It won't hit 28mph on just throttle.
