Refund Policy

At Electro Pedals, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality electric bikes and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’ve made our return process as simple and clear as possible.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • You must contact us to request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

You can return your product if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Damaged upon arrival: If the product arrives damaged, we will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.
  • Defective or non-working: If the product is defective or doesn’t function as expected, we’ll help you exchange it or issue a refund.
  • Product never arrived: If your order is confirmed to have not arrived, we will verify the issue and offer a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items covered by manufacturer warranties (see Warranty Policy).
  • Products that have been opened or used, unless damaged or defective.
  • Personalized or custom items.

Restocking Fee

Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%. This fee applies to products returned in non-resalable condition or if returned after the 30-day period.

Return Process

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at support@electropedals.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) along with instructions for how to ship your item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address. For large items, we may arrange a freight pickup. Please make sure to get a tracking number for the return.
  5. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@electropedals.com and we will help arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged upon arrival or defective, please contact us immediately at support@electropedals.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. For orders canceled after this period or once the item has shipped, a return will be necessary, and standard return policies will apply.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
